A medicine use review is a chance for you to review the medication you are taking with one of our pharmacists. This is a structured review to help you manage your medication effectively. The review is a chance to ask any questions about your medication, understand the medication, identify problems and reduce medicine waste. You will be provided with a report of the review and a copy of this report sent to your GP if their is anything to consider or change. An MUR is available to anybody that is prescribed medications from their doctor on a regular basis. These reviews normally take place for patients with more than one medication or medication that falls under a high-risk category. The review can help to prevent any problems and put your mind at rest over the medication you are taking.
